Do I need to know my waist size to order a permanent waist bead?
- NO. You do not need to know your waist size for a permanent waist bead. You will receive instructions in your package on how to install it correctly. After you tie your waist bead on, you can use the left overs for a bracelet or anklet :)
I am not Black or African Descent, can I still wear waist beads?
- Yes! Anyone can wear waist beads no matter the age, gender, or race. We just ask that you respect the culture and acknowledge that waist beads originated in West Africa where women and children wore them for many different reasons.
Can you shower in permanent waist beads?
Yes! The type of string we use is meant for everyday wear. You can shower, swim, workout, EVERYTHING in your waist beads. You only need to worry about them when you are in a rush to the bathroom as you might break them by pulling your waist bead down with your pants.
How do I know which waist bead is best for me?
- You can take our quiz or read the product descriptions and see which waist bead resonates most with your healing journey. If you are still unsure, we can help you choose by doing a virtual consultation or by booking a 1-on-1 in person waist bead appointment where we will install your waist bead for you and walk you through the process to make sure your waist bead aligns with your journey.

- Sound baths are a form of healing that gets your body and energy back onto the right frequency (432hz) to attract what you want in life. When we have blockages it takes longer to get what we desire. Sound Baths are great for anxiety, stress, letting go, tapping into child hood traumas and inner child, etc.
What is the benefit of adding a sound bath to my waist bead appointment?
- When you add a sound bath to your waist bead appointment, you make room for new beginnings/ new energy to flow. During your sound bath, you will get a clear understanding of what you need to work on in your life.
